I Have... Who Has...? – Chemical Reactions | 4 Interactive Science Review Games – 100 Cards

$5.00

Bring the excitement of chemical reactions into your classroom with four interactive science review games!

Help students explore how atoms rearrange, substances change, and new materials form with I Have... Who Has...? – Chemical Reactions!

Designed to complement the Grade 8 Amplify Science Chemical Reactions unit, this printable resource features 100 science question-and-answer cards organized into four numbered sets of 25 cards each.

Students investigate atoms, molecules, substances, reactants, products, physical and chemical changes, properties of matter, and conservation of matter.

What's Included?

  • Set 1: Cards 1–25
  • Set 2: Cards 26–50
  • Set 3: Cards 51–75
  • Set 4: Cards 76–100

Total: 100 cards across four sets.

Colorful chemistry-themed card fronts and coordinated question-and-answer sides are designed for double-sided printing.

What Makes This Resource Special?

  • Reinforces chemical reaction vocabulary.
  • Explores atoms, molecules, and substances.
  • Reviews reactants and products.
  • Compares physical and chemical changes.
  • Strengthens understanding of properties of matter.
  • Explores conservation of matter.
  • Connects science concepts to the Westfield water investigation.
  • Encourages scientific communication and cooperative learning.

Sample Science Questions Include:

  • What are the tiny building blocks that make up all matter? – Atoms
  • What is a group of atoms joined together in a specific way? – Molecule
  • What is a starting substance in a chemical reaction called? – Reactant
  • What is a substance produced during a chemical reaction? – Product
  • What process involves atoms rearranging to form new substances? – Chemical reaction
  • What is a change in appearance or state that does not create a new substance? – Physical change
  • What is the brownish substance found in the Westfield water? – Rust
  • What two reactants combined to create rust in the Westfield pipes? – Iron and oxygen

How to Play

Select one of the four numbered sets and distribute the cards among students. The student holding the starting card reads the first question. Students listen for the matching answer, respond with "I Have...," and read the next "Who Has...?" question.

Continue until the chain is complete.

Perfect For:

Grade 8 physical science, Amplify Science review, chemical reactions instruction, atoms and molecules, conservation of matter, chemistry vocabulary, science centers, small-group learning, and assessment preparation.

Why Teachers Will Love It

Chemical reactions require students to understand changes occurring at the molecular level. These interactive games reinforce essential vocabulary while helping students connect observable changes with the rearrangement of atoms.

Four sets. One hundred cards. An exciting way to spark chemistry learning!
