I Have... Who Has...? – Weather Patterns | 4 Interactive Science Review Games – 100 Cards
$5.00
Bring the excitement of weather science into your classroom with four interactive games exploring storms, clouds, air masses, and atmospheric processes!
Help students investigate the scientific processes responsible for changing weather conditions with I Have... Who Has...? – Weather Patterns!
Designed to complement the Grade 7 Amplify Science Weather Patterns unit, this printable resource includes 100 science question-and-answer cards organized into four numbered sets of 25 cards each.
Students explore evaporation, condensation, precipitation, air masses, humidity, convection, temperature changes, and the atmospheric conditions that influence weather patterns.
What's Included?
- Set 1: Cards 1–25
- Set 2: Cards 26–50
- Set 3: Cards 51–75
- Set 4: Cards 76–100
Total: 100 cards across four sets.
The colorful weather-themed fronts and coordinated question-and-answer sides are designed for double-sided printing.
What Makes This Resource Special?
- Reinforces weather and atmosphere vocabulary.
- Explores evaporation, condensation, and precipitation.
- Reviews air masses and weather fronts.
- Strengthens understanding of humidity and temperature changes.
- Examines convection and rising air.
- Connects atmospheric processes to cloud formation.
- Reinforces concepts from the Galetown weather investigation.
- Encourages scientific communication and cooperative learning.
Sample Science Questions Include:
- What is the primary source of energy that drives weather patterns? – The sun
- What is the state of the atmosphere at a specific time and place? – Weather
- What is the process of liquid water turning into water vapor? – Evaporation
- What is the process of water vapor turning into liquid water? – Condensation
- What is any form of water that falls from the sky called? – Precipitation
- What is a large body of air with similar temperature and humidity? – Air mass
- What is the amount of water vapor in the air called? – Humidity
- What is the boundary between two different air masses called? – Front
How to Play
Select one of the four numbered sets and distribute the cards among students.
The student holding the starting card reads the first question. Students listen for the matching answer, respond with "I Have...," and read the next "Who Has...?" question.
Continue until the chain is complete.
Perfect For:
Grade 7 Earth science, Amplify Science review, weather patterns instruction, atmospheric science, water cycle lessons, cloud formation, weather fronts, science centers, cooperative learning, and assessment preparation.
Why Teachers Will Love It
Understanding weather requires students to connect atmospheric conditions with processes such as evaporation, condensation, cooling, and air movement.
These four interactive games reinforce important vocabulary and help students explain how different factors influence weather patterns.
Teachers can use the sets throughout the unit for vocabulary practice, small-group review, or formative assessment.
Four sets. One hundred cards. An exciting way to bring weather science into the classroom!
